1. service.
These Terms cover the Munchkins app and website (https://munchkin.app). Munchkins is a spending agent for everyday money tasks (airtime, bills, food discovery, wallet) within limits you set. Availability varies by market and partner.
2. eligibility.
You must be able to contract and use payment services lawfully. The product is Ghana MoMo first; other markets may be limited or unavailable.
3. authorization.
Spends require confirm flows and passkey/Face ID where required. Login is not spend permission. Mandates and session policies only authorize within the caps you approve.
4. caps & pause.
Daily and per trade caps, plus pause, limit agent spending. Misuse, evasion of controls, or sharing authenticator access is prohibited.
5. payments.
Payments are processed by third parties. MoMo rails may be limited. Failed billers may reverse ledger debits where supported. Withdrawals and disbursements follow provider KYC/KYB rules.
6. merchants.
Discover, food, and shopping may open third party checkout. A buy link is not a completed order unless payment succeeds on that merchant. We do not place merchant orders on your behalf unless a flow explicitly says so.
7. acceptable use.
No unlawful use, fraud, abuse of payment rails, or interference with other users’ accounts or the service.
8. disclaimers & liability.
Provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted. Liability limited as allowed by law; Ghana law governs unless mandatory local consumer law says otherwise.
