1. who this covers.
Everyone using Munchkins . the app, website, support channels, and community spaces we host.
2. expected behavior.
Be honest about spends and disputes. Respect caps, confirm gates, and other people’s accounts. Report bugs and fraud promptly to hi@usemunchkins.xyz.
3. not allowed.
Fraud, chargeback abuse, social engineering support, harassment, scraping that harms the service, or trying to bypass passkeys, pause, or spend limits.
4. payments & agents.
Login is not spend permission. Agent actions that move money need confirm flows and passkey/Face ID where required. Do not share authenticator access.
5. enforcement.
We may warn, suspend, or close accounts that break this code or the Terms. Serious abuse may be reported to payment partners or authorities.
